Cancellation Policy

⏳ Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit * No-call / no-show appointments will be banned from booking This policy protects appointment availability for other clients on the waitlist. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling One-time courtesy reschedules are allowed with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits will transfer to your new appointment time. Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit to rebook.
